TY Dennis Wong is a practicing attorney in California with over 30 years of experience in business, finance and the law. He specializes in assisting business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and high growth companies with their business strategies and legal needs, including contracts, joint ventures, partnerships, licensing and distribution agreements, leases, buy/sell agreements, leases, real estate transactions, loan agreements, and other business related matters including risk evaluation and due diligence reviews.
